Session Technical Information

When you visit Spendily.com we collect technical and navigational information, such as computer browser type, Internet protocol address, pages visited, and time spent on our site. This information may be used, for example, to alert you to software compatibility issues, or it may be analyzed to improve our web design and functionality.

“Cookies” are alphanumeric identifiers in the form of text files that are inserted and stored by your web browser on your computer’s hard drive. We set and access encrypted cookies on your computer to track and store preferential information about you. Children’s Privacy

This web site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen nor do we knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of thirteen on the site, we will delete the information from our records.


Data Access and Retention

Your data is yours. You can remove it at anytime. When you request us to delete your account, your data will be permanently expunged from our primary production servers and further access to your account will not be possible. Your data may remain on a backup server or media. We must retain these backups to ensure our continued ability to provide service to you and our other customers in the event of malfunction or damage to our primary production servers, but we will never restore an users data unless they personally request it. We also reserve the right to use any aggregated or anonymous data derived from or incorporating your personal information in a manner outlined elsewhere in our policy.

As long as your account is active, you will be able to download your data in various machine readable formats such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Excel format. We make no representations as to the suitability of importing the data into any other program.

Passwords

We DO NOT maintain strict rules to help prevent others from guessing your password. In our experience such rules are a fustration to users and do not increase security. We do recommend you research what level of security you wish your password to adhere to and set it accordingly. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Login ID and Password. If you believe that they have been stolen or been made known to others, you should change your password immediately.


Transferability

We do reserve the right to transfer any information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will direct the transferee to use personal information you have provided through this web site in a manner that is consistent with this Policy.


Inadvertent Disclosure

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized or inadvertent disclosure, use, alteration or destruction of the personal information you provide on this web site. We update our policy periodically. The date last revised appears at the bottom this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting, however we will make a good-faith effort to inform our users when it changes by sending an email to each affected user.
